Mindful Meditation Class

Join us for a six-week seminar on meditation and contemplation. Each week, participants will be introduced to a new technique, with opportunity to practice each technique in community and ask questions.  Classes will be on Tuesdays from January 20th - February 24th at 3:45PM.
